This company is the worst I ever dealt with I called 5 days and made appointment with them they never came. If I were you don’t call these guys.
Needed a new window badly
So we had a bow window was rotting and literally falling out. We contacted ProEdge and they sent there sales lady Tara right out to us the next day! Tara was VERY knowledgeable about ProEdge products, assembly and best functions of what we needed! We placed our order that day!! Within 10days Steve came out to double check all measurements, and even during a pandemic and high demands our window was done rather quickly and installed this past Fri! The installers Mark & Ray were very pleasant, officiant, and knew exactly what they were doing. They cleaned up so well you would never even know they were in our house or in our yard! Best of all we now have a BEAUTIFUL new window??
3 projects
I have used Proedge for 2 different projects and just hired them for a third. The sales manager Tara Lamy is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. My first project was done several years ago and it still works and looks like new. I had my windows replaced. I highly recommend this company.

The experience with proedge team was very emjoyable.thier team very knowledgeable.jason,ed,jose came in worked hard and made everything right.they were very respectful cleaned up after the end of day and very tenitive of our needs and wants.the guys. 10 out of 10.
Replacement Windows
The experience from start to finish was exceptional. Jasper, the sales rep we met with was friendly and low pressure. He was very clear we shouldn't spend any amount we weren't comfortable with. Steve, who measured the windows is also very friendly and does a great job keeping in touch during the process. Our windows were actually ready two weeks ahead of the estimate we first received and Mark installed in about a day and a half. He did an excellent job preserving the existing interior trim and cleaning up at the end of the day. Now we have brand new 3 pane windows that look like they could be original.

Our salesman Walter Surowiec was top notch He was very professional and knowledgeable about The products he sells. He is very personable and easy to work worth. Installation day went smoothly. The project was completed in one day. The guys on the crew did a great job and the the property neat. If you are looking for custom built windows and doors Please give Walter a call.
