Window replacement learning curve
I I reviewed window replacements with Edward Pezzelli, he appeared knowledgeable. We spoke about different types of Windows, single, double, triple paned, Argan gas, silver coating, screens, and, yada, he was patient with my questions, and when he couldn’t answer with surety, he was able to immediately reach out to a support person. According to Edward, the company has been in the business since 1961 and with their name behind their product. I feel pretty secure in this deal. The only reason I gave him four stars instead of 4 1/2 is I had to do a review on Google. I haven’t used Google in a year and a half for personal reasons.. but, there you go Ed, as promised.
Superior outcome
Successful completion of a major "bow" to "bay" window replacement. Our original 100" picture window opening was 4, 24" windows; with the outer windows being the casement type. This had resulted in a vertical support in the center of the otherwise beautiful view. We managed with this for 30+ years, but I was always a bit disappointed in this configuration. The new configuration resulted in a "bay" window. It is all triple pane with a 55" main picture window, and 2, 24 ", casement windows. Once the contract was signed, there was a pre-placement visit to take measurements, and within 6 weeks the replacement was ready for installation. A three-person crew arrived. All were friendly and carried out the work diligently. The opening to the outdoors, (install in early spring) was only a minimal time and the work was completed on the same day. During a post-install inspection, I noticed an area that looked incomplete, and when I brought this to the intention of the lead worker, he immediately worked to resolve this to our satisfaction. Our only misgiving around this project

Two Done Four to Go
The process was explained and agreed and all went smoothly. I had a few vendors come to the house to tell us what windows needed to be worked on, I asked why and how they'd do it. No one compared to ProEdge. I had two replaced and will be calling them back to work on four others.
Fantastic job from start to finish
I am THRILLED with my new windows. I was treated with white glove service from initial consultation all the way through installation, and the windows are gorgeous and high quality. I went through a few consultations before I saw ProEdge, but I will go directly to ProEdge next time. They had the warranty, guarantee, and price I wanted. 10/10 would definitely recommend and will be using ProEdge again.
Walkin Shower Install
Pro Edge does it RIGHT! I would rate them 10 out of 10 ! Fantastic people to deal with from the Salesman to the install crew! They all like what they do and are darn good atmit! My old cast iron bath tub and plumbing was long past due for modernization and replacement! The install crew was fantastic! Very fussy and took pride invwhat they were foing! My new bathroomnis fantastic! It looks great and works exactly as designed! i highly recommend Pro Edge! Great Company and most Important Great work ethic! Thanks guys!
