Professional from start to finish. First, Conner sat with us for 2 hours and went over all we needed to know about the windows we were buying and the options in order to make an informed decision. John then called to welcome us to the Custom family. Next was Jay to measure every window in the house, then about 6 weeks later our order arrived. Victor and Ivan started just a few days later and worked for two days to install our windows. From start to finish, the team was professional and our home was spotless and the windows better than we could have imagined.

We had an excellent experience with Clive who came to our home and gave us a great price to replace three windows. We had purchased five windows from Custom Built in the past and love them. After he left, we decided to add our remaining two windows that need replacement, and he was nice enough to come back and start over for the entire project.
