Walter was very knowledgeable about the product and stands behind it 100%. He never once pressured us into a contract and allowed us the time to make our decision. I can’t wait to see what our house look like with the new windows. We purchased our house in November 2020 and immediately knew the windows needed updating. I am so happy Walter came to our house!

Great Windows
It did take a little while for our windows to be installed, but the finished product was well worth the wait. Our installers were Bill and Jose and they were very professional and actually cared about the work they did. We worked with Ken on our initial agreement and he helped us to find a plan that fit into our budget. Ken was very knowledgeable of the product and gave us the information that we needed to close the sale. These windows are a bit more expensive than other companies, but they are well worth the extra cost. So far we are completely pleased with the product.
My Window Project
I just ordered my custom-built windows from my consultant Walter. He arrived on time for the appointment. He went over the history of the company which i appreciated since i love to support local businesses! He went over options with me and my wife which was very informative in the decision process. After seeing one of there windows with all the features we realized we wanted them in our home! We went ahead right then and there with Walter and ProEdge to transform our home with beautiful and super energy efficient widows. Thank you for making this process so easy. NO HIGH PRESSURE.... Today is Installation day. The Installers Bobby Rob and Jess showed up nice and early as planned. They were extremely professional neat and courteous and made the process smooth and efficient. I have never been so happy with a home improvement project in my life. Pro Edge, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
Replacement Windows
We are very happy with our new windows, they are beautiful and very energy efficient. Our salesman Ken was very professional, he answered all of our questions. We have a second home and will be using ProEdge for new windows in the future.
Installers were great
Had a sales rep out in September to give me an evaluation on replacement windows, he was very thorough. I found cost to be a bit high to replace all 13 windows. He was very persistent to close the deal on that day. I am familiar with the MFG facility in RI as i have done work inside the facility, so i know the quality of the product. I comprised and signed to replace 7 out of the 13 one of which was a bay that we converted to a 3 piece picture window(which we like very much). We signed the deal and put down a deposit on September 12th. My Dad had signed a deal with Anderson the week prior for the same amount of windows. I liked the product and the warranty of Custom Built. The install was to be completed by 11/16/20, i got an email the week prior and was told that my windows were not even built yet but still looking to get it done in time. The 16th came and I tried calling and got ghosted. I reached out to my sale rep who didn't call me but got email from Linda stating due to covid it could take up to six months for supplies. Got a call 2 weeks prior to Christmas that they were done, I could not have this install done until January, my house was decorated for the holiday! The installers came yesterday got all 7 windows installed. Very impressed with them, cleaned up nothing left behind, no breaks just got it done. Never saw my sales rep who stated when we purchased he would keep in touch till they were installed and stop by. Ghosted! My Dad got his installed in October
