Change of attitude
The salesman came over to give a quote on 3 basement hopper windows. Was the nicest guy until I said I could not afford the price he gave me at this time. Said I may use then sometime but he did not car.e. Just packed up his stuff and did not say a word and just walked out. Even if I could afford it sometime, I would never call this company to do it. His presentation was nice and informative but was mad cause I said not at this time.

Great Experience From Start To Finish! Had all new windows installed in a 3 season porch & it could not have gone any better.. Sales people were down to earth & not pushy, gave an excellent presentation of product, answered all questions...Windows came in earlier than expected, nice surprise! Installers were On time worked non stop & did a Beautiful job... at another house i had a Bay window installed.. again the whole process was Flawless...I would Highly Recommend ProEdge for any work!! Best Company I have EVER had come do work for me in over 30 years.. Thank You Pro Edge for The Best Service !!
True professionals
We had Jim and Brian visit with us for 2 separate visits. Jim presented the windows to us. He was very knowledgeable of the windows, took accurate measurements and explained the install process in a very detailed manner. He was 100% professional and thorough. Brian, who is the general manager, came out for a second visit. Brian too was a true professional and also accurately measured our 23 windows we were looking to replace. He give us every option for both product and purchase. Brian was very personable and not once did my wife and I feel like we were under any pressure. We even had non window related conversation. I really felt like both Jim and Brian we’re friends at the end of our meetings. Both gentlemen were true professionals! This is a top notch family owned company that treats their clients like family. Pre-Consultation Experience!
My family and I recently moved into a home a few years ago. The house is in need of window and some interior door remodeling. We got in contact with Walter from ProEdge. Off the bat, Walter was completely honest and transparent about everything. He let us know which windows we needed to replace right away and which ones we could hold off on. He was very respectful and polite at all times. After two days of consultation and going through everything Walter went one step ahead and got us the great price we were looking for without sacrificing quality craftsmanship! The entire team and ProEdge and Walter are to thanks for this wonderful experience. We cannot wait to see how this project will turn out!
Window installation
This company is the worst I ever dealt with I called 5 days and made appointment with them they never came. If I were you don’t call these guys.
Needed a new window badly
So we had a bow window was rotting and literally falling out. We contacted ProEdge and they sent there sales lady Tara right out to us the next day! Tara was VERY knowledgeable about ProEdge products, assembly and best functions of what we needed! We placed our order that day!! Within 10days Steve came out to double check all measurements, and even during a pandemic and high demands our window was done rather quickly and installed this past Fri! The installers Mark & Ray were very pleasant, officiant, and knew exactly what they were doing. They cleaned up so well you would never even know they were in our house or in our yard! Best of all we now have a BEAUTIFUL new window??
3 projects
I have used Proedge for 2 different projects and just hired them for a third. The sales manager Tara Lamy is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. My first project was done several years ago and it still works and looks like new. I had my windows replaced. I highly recommend this company.

The experience with proedge team was very emjoyable.thier team very knowledgeable.jason,ed,jose came in worked hard and made everything right.they were very respectful cleaned up after the end of day and very tenitive of our needs and wants.the guys. 10 out of 10.
Replacement Windows
The experience from start to finish was exceptional. Jasper, the sales rep we met with was friendly and low pressure. He was very clear we shouldn't spend any amount we weren't comfortable with. Steve, who measured the windows is also very friendly and does a great job keeping in touch during the process. Our windows were actually ready two weeks ahead of the estimate we first received and Mark installed in about a day and a half. He did an excellent job preserving the existing interior trim and cleaning up at the end of the day. Now we have brand new 3 pane windows that look like they could be original.
