Couldn’t be happier
We had a great experience with proedge, I was originally contacted by proedge after looking for window installers or angi. I made an appointment for them to come out and discuss my needs. We went over all the details and signed a contract at this appointment, we next met with their installation expert and explained the trouble points ( this is a log home built in 1992) and a lot of these issues with these older Anderson windows. He wrote down everything needed to fix our concerns. It took 4 months for the windows to be ready again like alot of products supply chain issues. Received a call from installers and set up an appointment, the crew that was sent were ex excellent and the crew leader Jason had experience with log homes. The crew of three included Jason. Eddie, and David, they proceeded doing their appointed tasks and made sure the job was done to perfection. Thank you for the new windows and sliding glass door.

I am very happy with my entire experience with Proedge. Our rep Brett was great very knowledgeable our installers did a fabulous job very polite install went very smoothly. Windows are great. Replacement windows.
An enlightening experience. Rob was extremely pleasant and professional. He really sold the windows but I just couldn't afford to pay that price. I thought the job would not exceed $8000.00 but I was in for a surprise. His best price was approx $13000.00 for 1 pair of windows and a patio door. 20 years ago I replaced 34 windows in my Colonial home, cost me $16500.00. Rob is an asset to your company, he represents your company well.

Sales Review
Rich Monroe, Window Specialist, came the next day from when my husband requested information and a quote on getting new windows and a front door. He answered all of our questions and trust me, we had a lot as we had already had triple track storm windows put on home when we originally bought it. Then we had replacement windows put on that lost the seal so we wanted to be sure that this would be the last windows we would have to put in. We are confident that we are getting the most energy efficient windows we can get and that we will not have to worry about replacing them due to the excellent warranty. We cannot wait for them to be installed.
