"We had 10 windows and an exterior door and screen door replaced. Brian was our sales rep, he is very friendly and professional, and did an excellent job, presenting the various features of the windows and door, with the sales models that convinced us to have the service done. There was no pressure whatsoever to purchase the project as required. We obtained financing and placed our orders. We had a very minor issue with the installation date, but it was resolved easily. Our installers were 2 gentlemen originally from Ukraine (we failed to get their names), that were amazing to watch, with their speed and precision performing the work. They were also quite friendly, answering a few questions we had completely. The storm door had the wrong hinges and had to be reordered, and we had to wait an additional week for that. The exterior door and windows were very, very well constructed, along with the storm door when it arrived. The installer for the storm door was José and he too worked at high speed with precision. The storm door was of very good construction and included a closer that braked the door shut slowly in its operation, to prevent slamming. My wife and I were extremely pleased with ProEdge and its contractor personnel. They were all professional and highly competent in their work, and we appreciated the careful clean-up, when the work was finished. We HIGHLY recommend ProEdge for you home improvement work.
