Due to explosive demand, we are seeking a high-caliber in-home sales leader to drive our Roofing Sales Division.
The Role
REQUIRED: CANDIDATES MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN DIRECT IN-HOME ROOFING SALES AND MANAGEMENT
As the Regional Sales Manager, you will oversee in-home roofing sales operations across Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York, and Rhode Island. You will be directly responsible for scaling the division, mentoring talent, and ensuring peak sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
● Recruiting, onboarding, training, and retaining direct sales team members.
● Managing, mentoring, and motivating current and new sales personnel.
● Fostering effective team communication through individual and team meetings.
● Conducting ride-alongs with sales representatives to provide coaching and performance feedback.
● Training the sales team in systems and processes for sales contracts and customer service.
● Collaborating directly with the Director of Sales.
● Guiding the sales team to ensure full compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Candidate Requirements
● Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in direct in-home roofing sales and management.
● Leadership: Proven ability to recruit, train, and motivate high-performing sales teams.
● Drive: A results-oriented mindset with the desire to earn $300,000+ annually.
