It did take a little while for our windows to be installed, but the finished product was well worth the wait. Our installers were Bill and Jose and they were very professional and actually cared about the work they did. We worked with Ken on our initial agreement and he helped us to find a plan that fit into our budget. Ken was very knowledgeable of the product and gave us the information that we needed to close the sale. These windows are a bit more expensive than other companies, but they are well worth the extra cost. So far we are completely pleased with the product.
