With a down to the studs renovation, we have experienced more disappointments than positive experiences, and walked into our first appointment on guard. There was no need, and Kim was the consummate professional, but also warm and engaging. She explained every detail of the process, the product, and engaged a toddler at the same time. We made our purchase on the spot and we are looking forward to the benefits of changing out our 1970’s wooden windows. After the initial appointment Ron followed up with the inspection site, and again, we could not have asked for a better experience. This far, we would recommend ProEdge 100%.
