It didn't work out that well for me.
Let's face it. These windows are very expensive and I decided to buy them because the manufacturer and the installer are the same folks. I was assured service would also set them apart. That proved not to be true. When the windows showed up, one of them was broken. I was assured that if I accepted the shipment, the window would be installed in about a week. It's been 5 weeks. I called the service department and they said I should not have been assured 1 week. Hey, it's your guy that said it! They assure me that the window will be made but they can't tell me when. The windows are fine but I would never use this company again and I wouldn't recommend them.
