We had a very positive experience with Richard, sales manager from ProEdge Remodeling. He took the time to provide a thorough and detailed demonstration of how the windows are expertly crafted by this family owned company. Richard was incredibly informative, patient, and personable, answering all our questions and ensuring we felt confident about the product. He came well prepared, demonstrated excellent professionalism, and showed true dedication to meeting our needs. While we have yet to experience their customer service after the sale, based on the quality of the product and our initial experience, we recommend including ProEdge Remodeling in your selection process if you're in the market for replacement windows.
