My wife made that choice. She read about ProEdge and realized the quality is there. As we do this, especially as we get a little older, we want to make sure that we get good-quality products that will last us for the duration that we're here, and ProEdge is obviously a good company. Our old windows were 25 years old, and we are at the point now where we realize we need to start redoing things in the house, and the windows are obviously a key part of that. Recognizing that the windows are old, we are spending a lot more on oil than we would like to. The black windows were my wife's choice. She is the decorator of our house, and she thinks the black will look great. I agree; it does look good!

Factory Representative Patrick was informative, knowledgeable, personable, polite and presented himself visibly and audibly very professionally. We have had other quotes from a few other competitors so we are not clueless. Patrick explained the details of their windows compared to others. Very accurate information too. We were pleased to hear and see ProEdge step it up in the production of their windows for an affordable price. After a few hours ProEdge has another customer. We will submit another review after completion of the project. For now; we recommend ProEdge and Patrick O'Nell.

Window Replacement
We had pro edge windows installed in 2023 and they were a huge upgrade. The install was smooth and went quickly. We enjoyed the work they did so much that we are now replacing windows on our first floor. Their price beat all other competitors and they were an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Stellar estimate and installation
My experience with Pro Edge was stellar from initial Quote to final installation. My windows are somewhat unique as 3 single windows were installed to create my window run. Although the Salesman had the configuration correct the franchise kept quoting me a tripple window with 1 header. If my ProEdge rep hadn't pointed out what they were quoting the wrong windows would have been ordered. Mark and TK were professional, and explained every step of the installation process. They cleaned debris as they worked. Mark made sure I knew how to open and close the windows with hands on explanation. My only regret was not replacing the windows sooner! Before the installation was complete my home was already warmer! Thank you ProEdge!
Window repair
Bill Shell was a blessing, replaced my handle on my window then proceeded to show me that the awning window when disconnected from the crank out would fully open to create a pass thru with some minor support. 🤗🤗
