Your patience while we changed our minds (about 100 times) was appreciated. The crew your company sent for the installation was very professional and good to work with. New Door Review
I just want you to know how very pleased I am with the new doors. The process of meeting with you, then Joe Silverman and finally the installation by John Bianca has been smooth and seamless. I am so impressed with John's work – going the extra mile and making sure every tiny detail is just perfect – is beyond professional. He walked me through the steps that he has taken to make sure the doors fit perfectly and explained that Ted would be installing the storm doors once John got the main doors installed. John has done an outstanding job – my hat is off to him. Please let him know how pleased I am with his work. I would highly recommend Custom Built to anyone I learn of that is considering new doors. Replacement Window Review
I’m happy to report that my new windows are in and they are everything my husband and I were hoping for. The wood-tone interior blends nicely with the frame of the window and looks authentic to the original construction while my home’s “sidewalk” appeal has been enhanced by the outside white colonial grids. Aesthetically, these issues were important to me and I couldn’t be more pleased. Since we had previously done business with your company, I was not surprised by the quality of your product but have rather come to expect it. This observation was affirmed by my contractor prior to and after the project was completed. Bill and I look forward to a draft-free, money saving winter season. In closing let me thank you for your attention and suggestions regarding my purchase. It’s a pleasure to do business with a fine, local company such as yours.
