Our experience with custom built has exceeded our expectations from our initial meeting with Connor to the incredible installation with Ivan. The job done by Ivan and Victor installing our windows and door was top notch. They were friendly, knowledgeable and truly went above and beyond. Jim who helped us schedule was super responsive and great to work with. We’re so happy to have found such a great company to work with since over time we will replace all of our windows in our house! Can’t recommend them enough.

Bay window installation
Excellent! Very thorough, meticulous and careful. Took time to explain the whole process and were very helpful with reinstalling wood trim. Cleaned up everything. Will definitely recommend Custom Built!

Window Installation
Had 15 windows replaced, they look great. Happy with the installation, crew was knowledgtable and cleaned up after themselves. However, they were late getting here so I suggest if you have an early start time you confirm with them a day or two before.
