New windows
Very good! The only problem was that the installers could not accept cash for payment. Someone did come later, so there was no problem, just inconvenient for him. No one told us paperwork would be sent to us from Green Sky for credit, which we would not have used anyway. If we did receive it, I'm sure I would have thought it was junk mail & threw it away. Other than that, everything was great!

Salesman was very nice and informative. Installers were on time and quick. Cleaned up after themselves, as if they were never here. Brian has been great.
3 New ProVia Doors…
Custom Built gave us better door options than the other local competition. These ProVia doors are truly made of the highest standards and very glad we went with Conor Hynes suggested door color of mountain berry. John Bianca did the most professional & superb installation of the doors and ALL of the extras to make them stable, airtight & secure, in this challenging 165 year old house AND in winter weather! Also special kudos go out to Johnny Gardner for getting the project back on schedule, with the extra efforts of Linda Schorr & Stephen West. French Doors to Deck
Love the doors. I was nervous about the expense. But beautiful, well built. No regrets! The contractors were professional and very skilled. Everything they did in the installation was superior. Thank you Dave Tilley and everyone involved from beginning to end.
Disappointed - "Custom built" it is not
Custom Built it is not. Measurement for our four windows and storm door were all incorrectly measured and the company will not fix them. They "made" them work and fit. Disappointed nonetheless.
Sliding door
Installation went very good.the only negative was that one of door panels has small fabrication damage in the lock area.I was told that that part will be claimed to the manufacturer and replaced.So lets wait and see.Other than that everything else was just fine.
Roof
I am truly happy with the job. They even cleaned up when they were done.

Excellent experience from beginning to end. Knowledgeable salesman representing the product. We are very happy with the quality of the windows and doors. The installation team was very professional and meticulous in their work did despite adverse weather conditions. They were pleasant and courteous. Left everything cleaned up and neat. We would highly recommend Custom Built and it’s products based on our experience. We feel our home is quieter, warmer and more comfortable than ever before.
