Broken fence

When the contractors came by to install the windows they broke my fence. They did not finish installation until after dark and I did not see the damage until my dog escaped the back yard. After many phone calls and even more months they stopped responding to my messages and never resolved the issue.

Love our new door!

We couldn't be happier with our new front door, and the process was quite easy. The factory representative, Brian Intraversato, was thorough and conscientious and the installers were skilled and professional. We were so pleased that we are now having Custom Built replace two of our windows and may be installing a new back door in the next year or so.
