Walter came out the day after I called. Fast service He explained everything in detail and answered my many questions fully. I was so impressed I signed up to have both kitchen windows replaced instead of just the broken one. Looking forward to instillation.

He took the time to sit down with us and explain the ins and outs of the installation after taking a look at the area that needed work. He went over the company and there products with me and after doing that my wife and i were very comfortable to move forward with ProEdge to replace my old windows. After several months of searching for replacement windows we found PROEDGE. We made an appointment with Walter Surowiec.He spent time explaining the quality of their windows and the lifetime warranty. We decided to purchase their product. Walter had told us the windows would pay for themselves on the savings we would get on our energy bill.To our surprise our electric.bill was 48.8% lower with running 3 air conditioners 24/7 this summer. The installers were very professional and left our house very neat and clean. We were so impressed with this company that we returned to purchase two storm doors.
