Welder came out to our house several times to give us quotes on the windows. The Warwick, RI based manufacturer/company had done the downstairs windows when we were still renting the house. After we bought the house we needed a more thorough explanation of the product in the service and Walter was super patient with us as we were grappling with getting other quotes. We decided to go with ProEdge not only because we like the windows that already are in our house but because they gave us a great price. I recommend working with this company! Biggest selling factor was the warranty, super straightforward, no fine print- if absolutely anything goes wrong they will come and fix it.

The entire experience was very professional from start to finish. I bought a sliding door and 2 storm doors.. Tara did a great job of helping me select the right stiles and colors.. The installers really knew what they were doing. They spent the entire day working and tweaking everything to insure everything worked properly and smoothly.. It's comforting to know that if there's ever a problem they will come and address it. I highly recommend the company and the product.

Windows Replaced
I just recently had 3 windows replaced and I am very happy with them. The guys who installed them did a nice job and they were fast and respectful and cleaned up the mess after they were finished. They worked fast and they know what they're doing. I would definitely recommend this company.

The entire experience with PROEDGE has been wonderful. We first met with there consultant Walter S. who listened to exactly what my wife and I were looking for and to accomplish. He went thru our options and made the project very affordable with a substantial discount and very competitive financing. The installation went VERY SMOOTH. Bobby D. and his team were very efficient and neat in installing our 12 new custom built windows and a new door. The project was done ALL IN ONE DAY! We could not be happier with the results and we HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The savings we are experiencing on our electric bill has been SUBSTANTIAL. OVER 40% from last year…and electricity has gone up!
