Due to the high demand for our products, we are now conducting interviews to find a  proven Direct In-Home Sales Manager who has what it takes to bring our Baltimore Area Sales  Division to the next level.

REQUIRED: CANDIDATES MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN DIRECT IN-HOME SALES/SALES MANAGEMENT.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard, train and retain direct sales team members. 
  
• Manage, mentor and motivate current and new sales team members.
  
• Foster effective team communication through individual and team meetings.
  
• Perform ride-along with sales representatives to provide coaching and feedback on sales performance.
  
• Train sales team in systems and processes regarding sales contracts and customer service.
  
• Communicate and collaborate with regional manager.
  
• Educate and guide the sales team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
